ES 5298 bouncing up this morning  

Nice bounce off 5235 lows this week, now 5300.  Also noted in the 3x ETF service that the Nasdaq 100 had a behavioral 8 day correction and bouncing, so the Bulls may hang in here in April a bit.

NASDAQ 100 is off 2% this month and again normal consolidation and pullback was due from strong quarter 1. 

Bitcoin is consolidating in a 5 week range near top of prior all time highs range, so far normal as well. See chart.

TQQQ- 58.90 Near Close of Trading Day is the stop on this 10% position

Reason being is somewhere near there we could bounce and rally, and if we break too much below that level the potential is for a much deeper decline that will be difficult to project.

Markets:
Bitcoin dropping hard, may see 62,900 area currently 65,300 down from 69,500 late yesterday. SP 500 and NASDAQ futures are down.

I think most of this is post 1st quarter rotations as most managers were trying to hang onto paper gains in 1st quarter…

Just a quick update on BITX

We had alerted a double up "IF" we hit $49 and as soon as $49 was hit to scale in to a max of 49.50 adding on all dips etc.

11 am EST area we hit 48.98, then again one hour late at 48.95 today

So if you followed the double up to 20% parameters, we then had opportunities from 49-49.50 off and one today, see…

ES 5309 - Long 5275 avg,  Target 5330 to sell, Push stop to 5295

End of quarter is today, so I am not clear on if we get a little profit taking to start 2nd quarter or we push higher.  Long term I'm now at 5645 for SPX target as  a reminder.

So lets push the stop to 5295 to protect a 20 point profit there, and otherwise if we see 5330…

Hit 5264 lows yesterday and now near 5288. Maintain long with same 5330 profit target.

This pattern in the QQQ appears bullish to me, a 13 day consolidation within a near 4 week consolidation.  If we are going to move up one more level, it's probably pretty soon.

TQQQ - 62.60

10% scale in position, Profit target is 9-15% from current levels 62.60

Pulling back  from 5322 Post FOMC Highs now

Recall I had suggested a short at 5280-85 or so with a tight stop at 5300 last week

Normal resistance here at 5280 area per my targets I had out several weeks ago

So how to play it?

Could still push a little higher into quarter end, my gut though is still calling for correction in April

Suspect one more push higher…
