Biotech- XBI ETF/ LABU 3x Bull

Biotech has been consolidating/lagging for some time net net.  The monthly chart much like BITCOIN which I pointed out at 61,000 area here recently (now 74,000) looks bullish to me.

We could see over the interim window as much as a 35% move…
